LEVEL II AND THE TORONTO ORDER BOOK
POINT AND CLICK ORDER ENTRY
HTX Pro provides dynamic displays of depth of book for Level II and the TSE Exchange. Clicking on a price point within the montage will ‘sweep’ the book to the price point chosen. User’s orders are shown in the book under their name and can be revised or cancelled directly from the display. Multiple books can be displayed concurrently in separate windows.
TIME AND SALES, TICK CHARTS AND VWAP TICK CHARTS
Time and sales windows provide a time stamped tabular display of each execution. Tick charts provide the user with a graphical depiction of each trade, along with a histogram indicating volume for each trade. In addition, VWAP for the time frame of a Weighted Time Slice (best efforts VWAP) order can be overlaid on top of the standard tick chart to provide valuable information on the order. Anomalies in volume distribution can be easily identified.
